Account Management
Senior Account Manager ($79k-84k per year)
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team. The Senior Account Manager owns, manages, and leads branded creative projects at planksip.
YOUR MISSION:
- Ownership of the complete project life cycle by planning, organizing, and managing client and internal projects from beginning to end
- Create robust and profitable budgets and deliverable scopes
- Liaise across various departments to provide clear and concise timing, budgeting, and communication
- Understand the business goals and objectives of each assignment, and identify the optimal processes and procedures
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
- Ensuring projects are running smoothly and efficiently both internally with the team and externally with the clients
- Foresee challenges or obstacles and take action to minimize the impact
- Resolve issues that pertain to the project, including client conflicts, delays in approvals
- Drive, motivate, and hold internal teams accountable to deliver high-quality results
- Provide regular updates and escalate issues with proposed solutions to the Head of Client Services
- Collaborate with different creative teams, production, sales, editorial, global project management counterparts, and external partners
- Record revenues, track costs, and maintain accurate profit and loss statements for individual projects within respective internal tools and documents
- Define the Statement of Work and Specifications for the requested services and support in developing required legal documents and contracts
- Work closely with the team to improve workflows and processes and gather learnings from previous executions
- Ensure consistency with the overall mission of achieving company goals and client’s marketing initiatives
YOUR SKILLS:
- At least 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a creative and/or media agency is preferred.
- Proven track record managing complete life cycle projects for an organization with multiple touchpoints
- Lead by example with a strong work ethic and upbeat personality that inspires the best approach to internal and external communication
- Complete knowledge of digital and creative production processes with experience executing digital creative campaigns
- Experience launching new initiatives and managing multiple teams
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical/quantitative skills
- Strong writing, creative thinking, and presentation abilities
- Fluency in English required
- Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
- Ability to build and maintain solid internal relationships, with sufficient experience in a client-facing role
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work under pressure, independently, and within a team setting
- Demonstrable ability to drive efficiencies through process improvements/automation
- Knowledge of digital and mobile advertising and eCommerce capabilities and implementation
- A clear understanding of digital and content marketing

We are looking for a Commerce Operations Intern to join our team. The Senior Account Manager owns, manages, and leads branded creative projects at planksip.
YOUR MISSION:
- Support our operations and supply team when it comes to documenting incoming services role outs and preparing further support
- Support the preparation of product data and the publishing of products and campaigns onsite, thus supporting a big part of the procurement-to-online process
- Suggest improvements around these topics across teams and support process documentation
YOUR SKILLS:
- You can efficiently handle day-to-day team administrative & organizational tasks
- You are solutions-oriented and pragmatic
- You are fluent in English and have excellent written and oral communication skills

- You will analyze the impact of initiatives on customer satisfaction and customer lifetime value
- You will support optimizing existing processes, both long-term and through issue management
- You will support developing and maintaining SOPs and ERP processes
- You will develop deep insight into how planksip's commerce team is run across the board
- You will be responsible for short-term sales forecasting to manage our operational capacities
YOUR SKILLS:

We are looking for a Meta-Verse Manager to join our team.
YOUR MISSION:
- Oversee our Meta-Verse Studio with uncompromising attention to user experience and satisfaction.
- Operational management of the team, including team leaders, developers, content creators, assistants, and studio stock team
