Education levels the playing field, not laying on a beach or the ability to do nothing (I call this the Amway fallacy). What would you do if you could do anything? Opportunities are as important as any innate or learned ability, with the scales of Justice “weighing in” on the conversation, happiness should be a byproduct of equal opportunity. For me1, an interesting thought experiment would be to initiate social programs under the Veil of Ignorance and provide organic incentives for the betterment of our brethren. A no brainer.
